Presidential Shoes, TFA Alumnus Presents some pairs of her shoes to Dr Goodluck Jonathan, Former President of Nigeria.
Eunice Uchechi Nwokocha is an Alumnus of The Footwear Academy.
She was one of the participants of the Batch B session of the Aba Mastering Footwear Program organized by The Footwear Academy and supported by Pind foundation in 2020.
On the 25th of June 2021, The Albino Foundation paid a Courtesy visit to The Former President of Nigeria, Dr Goodluck Jonathan, to appreciate him for his efforts towards the Foundation and persons with Albinism.
The Former President during his administration as the President of Nigeria, funded the free skin cancer treatment for persons with Albinism which Eunice benefitted from, for all her skin cancer surgeries and treatment.
As a way of expressing her gratitude, she made some pairs of shoes and presented them to Dr Goodluck Jonathan.
An applaudable bold step by the young and skilled entrepreneur.
As a way of giving back to the society also, she plans on collaborating with The Goodluck Jonathan Foundation to train Entrepreneurs on footwear making.
Eunice is such an inspiring young lady, despite been visually impaired, she made sure nothing hindered her from achiveing a skill in shoe making.
Even after her training at The Footwear Academy, she has worked hard to show herself approved.
Today, we are proud to call her one of our own. Her milestone is really applaudable. We wish her all the best as she makes more exploits.
